Reservation and Cancellation Policy

By booking an accommodation with Best of Oaxaca, the guest hereby authorizes Best of Oaxaca to charge the presented credit card all deposits, payments and all outstanding balances as per the submitted invoice and final settlement of this account. The guest also acknowledges that BEST OF OAXACA is entitled to charge a deposit, which represents a commitment to have the room guaranteed for the booking party and to utilize the room for the booked length of stay.
A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to secure your reservation.
The booking is confirmed and guaranteed from the point in time when the requested valid Visa or Master Card information has been received and processed.
When confirming, your credit card will be initially charged a deposit and will be applied to your projected bill. This amount will of course be applied to your final room bill.
You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 30 days prior to your date of arrival with a penalty of 100 USD per apartment. If cancelled within the 30 days prior no refund is given.
If a no-show occurs your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reserved room bill.
Payment is for the original length of the reservation. Please inform us as soon as possible prior to your arrival if you should decide to alter your reserved dates. Any reservation changes after reserved arrival date, i.e., arriving later or leaving earlier than booked for, (shortened stays), will be looked at on an individual basis.
Breakfast is not offered at our apartments.
For the dates of the Guelaguetza, Day of the Dead, Christmas and New years the full amount of your stay will be charged in advance. 
No cancellation refund is possible during specifically indicated periods, for example Day of the Dead (28 October through 04 November), Christmas and New Years (22 December through 03 January), Easter (04 April through 13 April) and the Guelaguetza (16 July through 28 July).
Current room prices are subject to increase without notice.     
The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. BEST OF OAXACA cannot be held liable for any circumstances, which do not allow for arrival and use of the provided accommodation.
The guest of BEST OF OAXACA agrees to remain personally liable for the payment of all losses to the supplied contents of the apartment, damages other than normal wear and tear, repairs due to abuse and /or misuse of electrical equipment, insect screens, and other items provided by the renter.hH

Minimum rental stay is for 1 week. After a 1 week stay the price is pro-rated. A full cleaning is conducted weekly if you plan to stay over 7 days which includes a change of linens. All utilities are paid for. The apartments are turn-key rentals. You are responsible for your consumables once your starter kits run out, including drinking water. Wifi is throughout the property. These rentals are located in a private home where the owners resides so respectfulness is required for all. There is a laundromat right down the street which make is very convenient for doing laundry. A deposit of $100 USD is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied towards your final bill. When reserving we accept funds through Paypal as well as with your Visa or M/C. Your final bill can be continued using Paypal, credit cards or with Mexican Pesos. USD and checks of any kind are not accepted. Room balance is due within 72 hours of arrival. A passport and one other form of picture ID required when checking in.
