Casa Nela

​

Casa Nela is new to the rental market. It's the renovated home of our grand-parents, Alfredo and Manuela (Nela is the shortened name for Manuela). I am assisting the current owner of this home who is my cousin Xochitl who is also a General Practitioner. Xochitl will be there to greet you when you arrive and give the introduction to your rental. She speaks Spanish and some English.

Being that this is a complete rental interaction with guest is on request by the guest. Xochitl will meet-and-greet as well as check you out.
We do have the right to enter property for cleaning and repair and watering of plants. We will inform you when these will take place so as not to interfere with your privacy too much. If any problems should arise I am accessible by my email, and phone which will be shown after you reserve.

We also have a 2.5 year old ( born May 2019) English Bulldog by the name of Bella. She too is up-to-date with her vaccines.

New Floor Plan !

Minimum rental stay is for 1 week. After a 1 week stay the price is pro-rated. A full cleaning is conducted weekly if you plan to stay over 7 days which includes a change of linens. All utilities are paid for. The apartments are turn-key rentals. You are responsible for your consumables once your starter kits run out, including drinking water. Wifi is throughout the property and the two apartments are hooked up to cable TV. These rentals are located in a private home where the owners resides so respectfulness is required for all. There is a laundromat right down the street which make is very convenient for doing laundry. A deposit of $100 usd is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied towards your final bill. When reserving we accept funds through Paypal as well as with your Visa or M/C. Your final bill can be continued using Paypal, credit cards or with Mexican Pesos. USD and checks of any kind are not accepted. Room balance is due within 72 hours of arrival. A passport and one other form of picture ID required when checking in.
