For the first time in 12 years of it's existence you are now able to rent on the coast of Oaxaca, a six room B&B as you own private villa beginning 01 May through 31 Oct. of 2011. You may view the web site of Agua Azul la Villa here The rental price for the entire villa ( 6 rooms) is $600.00 USD per night (maximum of 14 persons permitted in the villa). If you would like to rent the villa using only 4 of the rooms the price is $400.00 USD per night (maximum of 8 persons permitted in the villa). If renting for less than 5 nights a Continental breakfast will be served daily with no kitchen privileges. If renting for 5 nights or longer no breakfast will be served but full kitchen privileges are offered throughout your stay and a cook if needed (extra fee of 200 Pesos a day for the cook who will prepare 2 meals a day, your choice). Tax and daily maid service is included. Only Visa and M/C are accepted for the 50% non-refundable deposit which is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival and can also be rendered in Mex. Pesos. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is noon. Tax is included, however no pets and smoking allowed. We reserve the right to make an additional credit card charge for damages (this would only be a in an extreme cases, it would not for example be for a broken cup).
